Hello, I am Kerstin Knapp – Executive Coach and former C-Suite Leader with over 20 years of international experience in top tier organizations like OMV AG, Vestas Wind Systems A/S, Cargill Inc. and the International Olympic Committee.
Serving on Executive Committees, collaborating with Boards, leading multinational teams and managing change in high-pressure environments equips me with a broad spectrum of insights and first-hand experience to advise on strategic people issues and transformation.
